If you cmission me (creator), you (client) automatically agree that you have read the Terms of Service and agreed to them. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.✦ No refunds, unless refund comes from my side;
✦ Full pre-payment before I start working on your piece;
✦ Payment is possible with PayPal (International) OR Monobank (Ukraine)
✦ I reserve right to decline the commission without specifying a reason;
✦ I ramain the right to use the art piece in my portfolio;
✦ You may use my artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless it was specified during the commission process;
✦ You may print my artwork on physical merch (stickers, kaychains) nor for sale, unless it was soecified during commission process;
✦ In order to commission you are required to have clear idea of what you want including references of your ideas (moodboard, character reference);
✦ On the sketch stage you have 5 free changes. After sketch is confirmed it is impossible to change it;
✦ AI/NFT/altering artwork/signature erasure are sctrictly prohibited;
✦ Credit of me (Nynke Stern) as an author is required, claiming of my work is strictly prohibited;
✦ If you have any questions left, please, contact me on Discord/Telegram;
✦ If the model art is done on of partner artists, you will have a discount -10% on Live2D Rigging service.
